patented Greenmach One, for all Aquatic Vegetation

Mechanical harvesting of aquatic plants was once at the forefront of handling these nuisance weeds. However due to cost and inefficiencies, the traditional method fell to the back burner and the use of chemicals became the number one methodology to handle this nuisance.

AguaCulture has developed a technology and methodology to process these aquatic weeds, rather than shuttling these weeds back and forth to shore, we process them on a floating barge, turn them into a material that has the consistency of a smoothie and pump it to shore.

Once it arrives at the shore, we apply this soil amendment to agricultural land, specifically pastures where it is applied at agronomic rates. *Agronomic rate, is the rate at which a plant can absorb/utilize the nutrients applied

These aquatic plants are simply Mother Nature's way of cleaning up the water. We assist this process by removing these "active filters" and putting it back on the land where it can be repurposed in an agricultural setting, leaving behind water that contains less nutrients than found before.

muckvac for nutrient removal

The Muck Vac system is fairly simple. It is a system that is slowly pulled across the affected areas whereby it gently removes the gravy-like legacy nutrients that are suspended at the bottom of the water column, leaving the sediment intact.

Once the material has been removed by the MuckVac, it is then processed via the GreenMach One and then applied with the A.L.A.S (AguaCulture Single Line Applicator System) to surrounding pastures as a soil amendment.

floating excavator & vortex technology

AguaCulture’s Customized Floating Excavator is designed for all bodies of water, whether shallow or deep, large or small. We have the capability to remove muck, weeds, tussocks or floating vegetation.

algaeBoom for algae remediation

Our AlgaeBoom Algae Remediation is straightforward. We collect the Algae blooms via our AlgaeBoom and transport it to our processing station where it is processed by the GreenMachOne and then applied with the A.L.A.S to local hay fields. Appropriate testing is preformed prior to any land application.
